General Policies:
- Check-in: 4 pm.
- Check-out: 10 am.
- No Pets Please

- Only scheduled tours of the farm (You must be accompanied by a Farm Employee)

Payment Policies:
- We accept Personal checks and Credit Cards. (VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS)
- Rates are subject to a 6% state sales tax and a 1.1% Lancaster County local tax
Reservation Policies:
- US Currency only
- 50% deposit due at time of reservation with remainder payable at check-in
- Rooms are Reserved when deposit is made by credit card or check is received
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will result in a return of 50% of the down payment.
House and Grounds:
- House and Grounds are for paying guests staying at the vacation house only. Requests may be given in person to administration.
